CEO of Hikari Japan came to Malaysia earlier this month to teach us the Hikari technique while using certain Hikari scissors. Participants we educated on the unique characteristics of each scissors and how it benefits the quality of a hair cut while learning the proper technique and skill required to handle each tool. With the correct technique and application, the cutting process is significantly smoother while elevating the quality of each cut.
